Return and Cancellation


  1. Products at Rainbow Organics go through multiple quality checks. We make sure that customers are never required to return or exchange their ordered products on any quality complaint.

  2. We insist that customers do a thorough check before placing any order. We try to provide all the necessary details about the products on their respective pages to help shoppers make right decision. Plus, we’re always a dial away at +91 9163916551 to answer your any and every query.

  3. When not satisfied with your order or if you changed your mind, you can always return your products to the delivery boy.

    • You are asked to check the quality of the product at the time of delivery itself.

    • Your amount will be adjusted on the total bill.

  4. No quality-related issues will be entertained on any grocery item after 72 hours from the time of delivery. (Applicable only for Kolkata).

  5. The product can’t be returned or exchanged if-

    • The package is opened and used.
    • The item is packed and returned but in different package.
    • It has been more than 72 hours since delivery.
  6. Products will be exchanged only under following conditions:

    • Packets have signs of rotting.
    • Products are expired.
    • Packets are torn or not sealed properly.
    • Packets have live or dead insects.
    • Other than the mentioned conditions, unless as specified, no other conditions will be addressed.
  7. Products can be exchanged with the new pack of the same products or products of same or higher value.


  1. Cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped by us to the given address. If accepted, the customer will get a refund of the entire amount.

  2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to various reasons, like unavailability of stock, pricing errors, problems identifying the personal and payment details of the customers, and more.


  1. If the order is cancelled before we have shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.

  2. If the customers don’t wish for the replacement, we offer them vouchers of the same value to be availed in a given period of time.

  3. In case of online payment through debit card/credit card/Net Banking, the return or cancellation amount will be credited back to your account; it can take up to 15 days to reflect on your statement.

  4. In any of case, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

NOTE: Cash Refund is never made, under any circumstance.
